Dashboard structure

The Company Dashboard manages global settings and projects, while the Project Dashboard controls project-specific configurations independently.

headful distinguishes between two levels:

  • Company Dashboard: Central management of all projects and global settings

  • Project Dashboard: Individual settings within a specific project

In the Company Dashboard, you can see all created projects. All settings defined here, such as groups, roles, attributes, or users, are available across projects.

The Project Dashboard, on the other hand, contains only project-specific settings and does not affect the Company Dashboard.

How the dashboard structure works

  1. Open the Company Dashboard.

  2. Select a project from the overview.

  3. Open the Project Dashboard via the three dots on the project tile.

  4. Configure project-specific settings:

System dependencies

  • Global structures such as groups and roles must be created in the Company Dashboard first.

  • These can then be assigned and used within projects.

  • Changes in the Project Dashboard only affect the selected project.

  • Changes in the Company Dashboard affect all projects.

Tips & Tricks

  • Define core structures in the Company Dashboard first.

  • Use projects for specific configurations.

  • Always check whether a change should be global or project-specific.

  • Keep group and role structures consistent across projects.
