Use the Reporting page to track the enrollments submitted through HealthSherpa Medicare: how many, when, and what kind.
What you’ll see
Submitted enrollments: the total number of enrollments in your selected date range.
Submitted Contacts: the number of unique Contacts those enrollments are for. A Contact with two enrollments counts once.
Chart: your enrollments over time. Filter and break the chart down by submitted date, carrier, plan type, plan subtype, election period, state, and more.
Which enrollments are included
Reporting counts enrollments submitted through HealthSherpa Medicare. Reporting does not currently count manually added, imported, or carrier-redirect enrollment records.
Reporting for agency accounts
If you're a Primary Admin or Promoted Admin of an agency account, Reporting will show enrollment volume across your direct agency.
Included | What’s counted |
You | Your own enrollments |
Captive agents | Enrollments on Contacts currently in your agency’s book, no matter who submitted them |
Independent agents | Enrollments submitted by independent downline agents, for carriers they've connected, for as long as that connection is active |
You can also filter or break down the chart by Submitting agent. That’s the agent who submitted the enrollment (which isn’t always the agent the Contact is assigned to now, in the case of re-assignment or Full Book roles).
Sub-agencies aren’t included yet. If your agency has downline sub-agencies, their enrollments don’t appear in your Reporting. If your agency is a sub-agency, your upline agency can’t see your enrollments in its Reporting.
FAQ
Why did my agency’s past totals change?
For captive agents, Reporting counts enrollments on Contacts currently in your agency’s book. When Contacts move into or out of your agency, past totals change with them. This happens when an agent joins and brings their Contacts, or when a removed agent keeps theirs.
What happens to Reporting when I remove an agent?
It depends on what happens to their Contacts when you remove them:
If you keep their Contacts in your agency: their enrollments stay in your Reporting, and they stay in the Submitting agent filter.
If you let them keep their Contacts: enrollments on those Contacts leave your Reporting, including past periods. That includes enrollments other agents in your agency submitted on those Contacts.
Why does an agent who left my agency still show up?
If they submitted enrollments on Contacts your agency still has, those enrollments still count. They stay credited to the agent who submitted them.
Why is there an agent in the Submitting agent filter I don’t recognize?
The filter lists everyone who submitted an enrollment on a Contact in your agency. In the rare case when an agent joins your agency with their Contacts already existing in their account, enrollments other agents submitted on those Contacts come along too. This will rarely ever happen, but is possible.
Why isn’t one of my agents in the Submitting agent filter?
An agent only appears once they have at least one enrollment that counts toward your agency, for example a newly joined agent who hasn’t submitted yet.
Why are some of my independent agents' enrollments missing?
Only enrollments for carriers where the agent connected to your agency are counted, and only ones submitted after that connection was set up. Enrollments they submit through another agency’s connection appear in that agency’s Reporting instead.
If an independent agent removes our connection, do their enrollments disappear?
No. Enrollments that were already counted stay in your Reporting.
Why is my number different when I filter to just myself?
Your agency view counts enrollments on Contacts in your agency’s book. If you submitted enrollments on Contacts that have since left your agency, those won’t show in your agency view.
Can I see the list of Contacts or enrollments behind a number?
Not yet. Reporting shows counts only for now.
Are archived enrollments included?
Yes, the reporting view counts enrollments on archived contacts and archived enrollments.
