Uninstalling Atlas from your Shopify store will cancel your subscription automatically.
However, depending on when you uninstall, you may still see one final charge.
Here's why: Atlas subscriptions are handled entirely through Shopify’s billing system.
Understanding Shopify's billing cycles
Recurring charges begin the day you approve the app, and repeat at the start of each new app billing period.
Uninstalling the app stops future recurring charges but does not refund or cancel the current billing cycle.
Usage charges (like credits or add-ons) follow their own 30-day cycle, which may not align with your Shopify billing cycle. This means part of a single app charge might appear across two different Shopify invoices.

What to expect:
You may still see Atlas charges on your next Shopify bill if:
You recently started a new billing cycle before uninstalling
You incurred usage charges during the final 30-day window
Shopify rolled the final charges into your subscription invoice

Tip: To avoid future charges, always uninstall Atlas through your Shopify admin by going to Settings > Apps and Sales Channels — this ensures your subscription is properly canceled in Shopify’s system.
