Atlas uses a usage-based pricing model. Your base plan at $39/month includes a set amount of usage across each feature. If your store exceeds those included amounts, you're automatically moved to the next tier for that category, and an additional monthly charge is added to your bill.
This article covers the exact limits and pricing for every tier so you know what to expect as your store grows.
In this article:
How tiers work
Each usage category operates independently. Being on a higher tier in one category does not affect the others. For example, you might be on Tier 3 for bundler revenue while still on the base tier for published pages and cart orders.
Tiers upgrade automatically when your usage exceeds the current tier's limit during a billing cycle. You don't need to do anything. The additional charge for that tier is applied to your bill for that month.
All tiers reset at the start of each billing cycle. If your usage drops the following month, you'll only be charged for the tier that matches your actual usage.
Published pages and AI photos
This category tracks two metrics: the number of product and sales pages you have published, and how many AI photos you generate per month. Both share the same tier. If you exceed the limit for either metric, you move to the next tier.
For example, if you have 4 published pages but generate 80 AI photos in a month, you'd move to Tier 1 because the AI photos exceeded the base limit of 50, even though your page count is still within the base limit.
Tier | Published pages | AI photos | Charge |
Base | Up to 5 | 50/month | Included |
1 | Up to 15 | 100/month | +$10/mo |
2 | Up to 25 | 150/month | +$20/mo |
3 | Up to 50 | 250/month | +$30/mo |
4 | Up to 75 | 300/month | +$40/mo |
5 | Up to 100 | 350/month | +$50/mo |
6 | Unlimited | Unlimited | +$70/mo |
ℹ️ Sales pages count toward your published pages total. If you have 3 product pages and 2 sales pages published, that counts as 5 published pages.
[Green callout] 💡 Only published pages count toward your limit. Pages you've generated but haven't imported to your store are not counted.

How to check your current usage
You can see your current usage at any time from the Subscription page inside the Atlas app.
Open the Atlas app from your Shopify admin.
In the left-hand menu, click Subscription.
Click the Usage & billing tab.
This page shows two sections:
Current usage displays where you stand in each category for the current billing cycle. Each feature shows your usage amount and your current tier (e.g., "Base," "Tier 1"). The billing period is displayed at the top.
Current bill shows a breakdown of what you'll be charged for the current cycle. The base plan fee is listed first, followed by any additional tier charges for each category. If all categories are at the base tier, they'll show as "Included."
You can also click View usage rates in the top right corner of the usage section to see the full tier tables at any time.
Billing example
Here's an example of how a typical bill might look for a growing store.
Say your store has 12 published pages, generated 45 AI photos this month, earned $3,500 in bundler revenue, and processed 180 cart orders. Your bill for that month would be:
Base plan: $39.00
Published pages and AI photos (Tier 1, up to 15 pages / 100 photos): +$10.00
Bundler (Tier 2, up to $5,000 revenue): +$20.00
Cart orders (Base, up to 250 orders): Included
Total: $69.00
The following month, if your bundler revenue drops to $900 and you unpublish some pages to bring you back under 5, those categories would reset to the base tier and you'd only pay $39.
