Milestones mark what your store has achieved, from your first store through to a million dollars in revenue. They are recognition rather than a feature gate: nothing in Atlas is locked behind a milestone. The card on your dashboard shows {achieved} of {total} achieved, and View all opens the full set.

Which revenue counts
Milestones use the same revenue figures as the rest of Atlas, which means the same exclusions apply. Test orders, cash on delivery orders, and orders that were refunded, voided or never paid do not count towards a milestone.

Three milestones measure bundle and upsell revenue specifically rather than total revenue: Profit multiplier, Revenue specialist, AOV specialist and Upsell expert. Those use added revenue, the lift your offers produced, not the total value of the orders containing them.
Why a milestone can be late
Milestones are evaluated on a schedule rather than the instant a sale lands, and no more than once an hour per store. A milestone you have just earned can therefore take up to an hour to appear.
ℹ️ There is nothing to trigger manually and nothing to fix. Opening the milestones card is what queues the next evaluation, so checking once and coming back later is the right move.
