Every number Atlas shows, what it counts, and over what period. The most important thing on this page: bundler revenue and cart upsell revenue are incremental, not gross. They measure the lift an offer produced, not the value of the orders that contained one. That is why they do not match Shopify's sales totals, and why they should not.
In this article:
The four dashboard cards
Card | Definition |
AI revenue | Total revenue generated on your store, including all sales from any upsells or offers. |
Bundler revenue | Additional revenue from your bundle offers that you would otherwise not have earned. Calculated as the increase in average order value from customers who accepted a bundle offer, compared with those who did not. |
Cart upsell revenue | Additional revenue from your cart upsells that you would otherwise not have earned. Calculated the same way, and including shipping protection and other add-ons. |
Revenue per visitor | Average revenue generated per individual visitor. |
ℹ️ Bundler revenue and cart upsell revenue are not subsets of AI revenue that you can add up. They are separate calculations measuring lift, so adding them to your Shopify sales total will overstate your revenue.
Which period each number covers
This trips people up, because three different periods are on screen at once.
Element | Period |
The greeting subtitle, | Month to date, always. Ignores the date range. |
The four metric cards | The date range selected in the header |
The revenue chart | The date range selected in the header |
The content table columns | The date range selected in the header |
Milestones | Lifetime |
Leaderboard | Current calendar month |
Usage counters on your subscription page | Current billing cycle, which is not the calendar month |
⚠️ Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribed, not on the first of the month. Comparing the dashboard's monthly figure against your usage page will not match unless you happen to have subscribed on the first.
The revenue chart
Revenue growth & conversion plots five series over the selected date range:
Series | What it shows |
Store revenue | Total store revenue |
Bundler | Added revenue from bundle offers |
Upsell Revenue | Added revenue from cart drawer offers |
Atlas page conv. rate | Conversion rate on Atlas-built pages only, not your whole store |
AOV | Average order value |
That conversion series counts only visitors who viewed a page Atlas built, so it will not match a store-wide conversion rate. When the range you picked contains no views of an Atlas page, it reads No Atlas page views in this period instead of plotting zero.
Activity log entries appear as markers on the chart so you can line up a change with its effect. A marker whose underlying record was deleted reads This record has been deleted.
Content table columns
The columns change with the tab you are on.
Pages, Stores and Landing pages

Conv.% | Conversion rate, the percentage of visitors who completed a purchase |
Rev/visitor | Revenue per visitor, the average revenue generated per individual visitor |
Bundles

Impressions | Times the bundle offer was seen |
Click rate | Percentage of impressions that resulted in a click |
Added rev. | Added revenue, the total extra revenue driven by this specific offer |
Cart drawers
Column | Definition |
Impressions | Times the cart drawer was seen |
Checkouts | Number of checkouts attributed to the cart drawer |

Bundle metrics
Found on the Bundle Deals analytics tab.
Metric | Definition |
Visitors | Total number of visitors who have seen the bundle offers |
Bundle Orders | Number of orders that included bundle offers |
Conversion Rate | Percentage of visitors who completed a bundle purchase |
Added Revenue | Additional revenue generated by bundle offers beyond the base product price |

Revenue Per Visitor | Average total revenue generated per visitor who viewed bundle offers |

Orders Atlas leaves out
Atlas deliberately excludes some orders from every revenue figure above, so that its numbers reflect real trading rather than testing or noise.
Excluded from all Atlas revenue tracking:
Orders paid through a test or bogus payment gateway
Cash on delivery orders
Orders that are unpaid, refunded, partially refunded, or voided
Unusually large orders compared with your store's recent average
Exceptionally high value orders, which are also flagged for internal review
Orders with no payment gateway recorded
ℹ️ This filtering also protects you. Bundle revenue and cart order counts drive your usage tiers, so an excluded order never pushes your bill into a higher tier.
If you sell mainly through cash on delivery, Atlas will report far less revenue than Shopify does, and that is expected rather than a fault. See Why is my revenue showing as zero when I have sales?
If you believe a genuine order has been excluded, contact support from the chat bubble in Atlas, or at support@helloatlas.io, with the order number and they can review it.
