Yes. You can install Atlas on as many Shopify stores as you like. Each installation is separate: each store needs its own subscription, and nothing is shared between them.

⚠️ Two stores means two subscriptions, each at $39 a month plus its own usage. There is no multi-store plan and no discount for running several.
What that means in practice
Allowances do not pool. Each store gets its own 10 published pages, $1,000 of bundle revenue and 250 cart orders. Unused allowance on one store cannot help another.
Work does not transfer. A project's research, personas and voice settings belong to the store they were created on. To reuse them, recreate them on the other store.
Analytics are per store. There is no combined view across stores.
Working across several stores
💡 If you run several stores in the same niche, write your customer research and brand voice once and keep them in a document outside Atlas. Uploading the same research to each store's project takes a minute and keeps your copy consistent across all of them.
For a product that appears on more than one store, you can build the page once, see what the AI produces, and use the same angle when building on the other store.
Development stores
Development stores can install Atlas for testing. They are not billed while they remain development stores, and are never treated as being in a trial.
ℹ️ Behaviour on a development store is not always identical to a live one, particularly anything involving real orders and revenue. Test the flow on a development store, but confirm anything billing-related on a real one.
Moving between stores
