Set up your landing page

Written by Jonathan Zadegan

The landing page is a hosted, branded page you can send homeowners to — built to sell them on signing up, not just collect their details. Instead of dropping someone on a bare sign-up form, it shows them exactly what they get: a way to track their home like a stock portfolio, watch their equity, and follow their local market. That context is what turns a click into a lead.

When to use it

Because it's a hosted page with its own link, you can point traffic to it from anywhere — social media, Facebook and Google ads, flyers, door hangers, or a QR code on a sign. You don't need a website of your own. Everyone who signs up becomes a lead you can follow up with directly.

Build and publish it

  1. Open Marketplace, find the Landing page template, and click Customize.

2. Personalize the page in the Editor. The live preview on the right updates as you go — toggle between Desktop and Mobile to check both.

3. Make it yours:

  • Logo — your brand logo, shown in the page header.

  • Your details — your name, email, and photo, so the page is clearly coming from you.

  • Button color, Text color, Background color — match the page to your brand.

4. When it looks right, click Save, then Publish. "All changes deployed" confirms the live page is up to date.

Share it

Click Copy link to grab the page's URL, then put it wherever you're driving traffic — a social post, an ad, a flyer, a door hanger, or a QR code. No embedding or website required.

What happens when someone signs up

When a homeowner creates an account from your landing page and adds their property, they see "Property has been submitted for review" — and the property lands in your review queue as a new lead.

That message is your opening. It's the natural moment to call them: confirm details about their property, answer questions, and turn the conversation toward a listing appointment. You review and approve their valuation the same way you would any other property (see "Reviewing and approving an evaluation"), and if you've connected Follow Up Boss, the lead flows there too.
