Every Homsie estimate is fully adjustable. The AI's number is a starting point, not the final word. Open the client and click Review Evaluation on the property, or View Details on one you've already approved. Then:
Fix the property details: click Edit Comparables, and under Edit Details correct anything that's off, like square footage, style or year built. Wrong details are a common reason an estimate looks off.
Swap the comparables: each comparable Homsie's AI chose shows the reasoning behind it. On the same screen, remove comparables that don't fit and add better ones. You can search the MLS by address or MLS #.
Re-run or keep: click Continue to Confirm. If you changed details or comparables, Homsie asks whether to Re-run AI Estimation with your updates or Keep Current Value.
Set the value yourself: on the Confirm step, click the estimated value, type your own number and click Done. The tag changes from AI Suggested to You, so it's clear the value is your call. You can adjust the value range the same way.
When it looks right, click Approve Evaluation, or Save Changes on a property you'd already approved. When you set the value yourself, your client's portal shows your photo and the date you updated it.
