Every Homsie estimate is fully adjustable — the AI's number is a starting point, not the final word. Open the client, click Review Evaluation on the property, and you have a few ways to correct it:
Set the value yourself. Click the pencil/edit icon next to the estimated value and type your own number. The tag changes from "AI Suggested" to "You," so it's clear the value is your call.
Fix the property details. In Edit Details, correct anything that's off — square footage, style, year built, and so on. Wrong details are a common reason an estimate looks off.
Swap the comparables. Click Edit Comparables to remove comps that don't fit and add better ones (search the MLS by address or MLS #). Each comp Homsie's AI chose shows the reasoning behind it.
Re-run or keep. After changing details or comps, Homsie asks whether to Re-run AI Estimation on your updates or Keep Current Value.
When it looks right, approve the evaluation.
