QR codes turn anything physical — a for-sale sign, a flyer, a door hanger, a mailer — into a way for homeowners to reach your portal. Someone scans the code, lands on your sign-up, and becomes a lead you can track.
Create a code
In Marketplace, open QR code and click Customize (or New code to add another).
Name the campaign — for example "For Sale Sign" or "Summer Mailer." The name appears on every scan in your Activity feed, so you can tell which campaign drove which scans.
Choose what a scan opens:
Your landing page — your published marketplace landing page, with your branding and sign-up form (more context for the homeowner).
Portal sign-up — straight to the account form (fewer steps).
Optionally add a caption (e.g. "Scan for your home value"), your center logo, and adjust the colors and pattern style.
Copy link or Download the code to put it on your sign, flyer, or mailer. Changes save automatically.
Design tips so it scans reliably
Keep the pattern dark — mid-tone colors reduce the contrast scanners rely on.
If you add a center logo, use High error correction so the code still scans.
Print it large enough: at least ~20mm for a hand-held scan, and 80mm+ for a yard sign.
Track performance
Your codes lists every code with its scans, signups, and last scan. Scans and signups also flow into your Activity feed — see The Activity feed.
