The Activity feed

Written by Jonathan Zadegan

The Activity feed shows how your clients are engaging with Homsie — the emails they receive, whether they open and click them, when they visit their portal, and changes to their properties. It's the fastest way to spot who's paying attention to their home value, which is often who's worth a call.

The Activity tab

Open Activity from the side bar menu to see engagement across everyone you manage:

  • Summary stats — emails sent, open rate (and clicks), portal visits, and property changes — over a 7, 30, or 90-day window. QR scans — how many times your QR codes were scanned, and how many led to a signup. Market activity — listings and sales across your clients (for example, "2 listed · 0 sold").

  • An activity chart showing emails and properties added over time.

  • A full activity feed you can filter (all activity, emails, portal visits, properties added or removed, opened, clicked) and sort.

Per-client activity

Open any client to see their own Activity timeline on their detail page — the same events (emails opened and clicked, portal visits, property changes), just for that one client, grouped by month.

Why it's useful

Engagement is a signal. A client opening every monthly email, clicking through, or visiting their portal is a client thinking about their home — exactly the moment to reach out about a move.
