Getting to know your Hoppier card and account

Get to know your Hoppier card!

How do I best use the Hoppier platform?

The Hoppier app works best on a desktop, using a Chrome web browser. Mobile or smartphone usage is not recommended.

How do I access my account?

You can access your account anytime, by going to after creating your login.

How do I add my Hoppier card to my mobile wallet? (Apple Pay or Google Pay)

What is my billing address?

Your default billing address for your Event and Hoppier card will be available below your card in your Hoppier account.

How can I change my billing address?

If you are within the US, you can change your billing address by selecting "Edit billing information."

What happens to my Hoppier card balance if I don't spend it in time?

The card will expire, and will no longer be available for use. Make sure to spend your balance before your event ends!

Where can I spend my allowance?

You can spend your allowance on any of the vendors you see available under "Allowed Vendors" in your Hoppier account.

Can I spend over my Hoppier card allowance limit?

Yes, you can spend over your Hoppier card limit by adding a personal VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, or debit card to your account. You can do that by selecting "Add a personal payment method to spend over your balance" under your Hoppier card balance.

How do I know how much I have in my local currency?

You can view your balance in your own local currency by clicking on the drop-down menu "American Dollar | USD" and selecting your local currency.

How long will my Hoppier card be available?

You can see how long your balance will be available for in the upper right hand corner of your Hoppier account.

My Hoppier card isn't working. What do I do?

Please check the following:

  • You are using the correct billing information

  • You are spending within your Hoppier credit limit

  • You are spending on allowed vendor

  • Your card has not expired
