Below you will find an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Pipedrive widgets. These errors are uncommon, and if you see an error that is not detailed below, please get in touch with a member of our team.

Your Pipedrive company account is not open

Explanation: In order to connect to Hurree you need to have an open Pipedrive account. If you were on a trial that has since expired or you haven't entered payment details, your account will be suspended, and you subsequently can’t pull data into Hurree.

How to solve: To continue pulling data from your Pipedrive account into Hurree you will need to login into Pipedrive and update your account. If you believe you have a full Pipedrive subscription but are still seeing this error, please contact your account admin.

Resource Unavailable

Explanation: Unfortunately the resource you are trying to access using Hurree is unavailable. This may be a result of this data being deleted or you may not have the correct permissions to access a specific account.

How to solve: If you see this error we recommend checking your Pipedrive account to ensure that this resource hasn’t been deleted or archived. At this time you should also check your account details or with your Pripedrive admin that you have the necessary permissions to access this information.

Old Pipedrive resources are permanently unavailable

Explanation: The resource you are trying to access using Hurree is outdated and now permanently unavailable.

How to solve: Unfortunately, this resource has been permanently unavailable, so you will not be able to pull this information into your Hurree account. If you are unsure why, we suggest contacting your account admin or the support team at Pipedrive.

This Pipedrive feature is not enabled within your account

Explanation: The Pipedrive data point you are trying to add to your Hurree Dashboard has not been enabled within your Pipedrive account. This could be down to your subscription tier, (whether you have access to that information) or the settings within your account.

How to solve: You will have to log in to your Pipedrive account and review what is actually available within your subscription. If you do have access to this information, ensure within the settings that you are allowing this to be passed through to 3rd party tools.

Pipedrive Internal Server Error

Explanation: In some instances, Pipedrive’s internal server will experience an error, which means that Hurree can’t fetch the data you requested at that specific time.

How to solve: These kinds of errors are not uncommon, and unfortunately, they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you still see the same error after the next sync period, please contact Hurree support.
