I've included an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Google Analytics Widgets. These errors are rare, and if you encounter an error not listed below, please contact a member of our team.

The value of the request parameter is not valid.

Explanation: When adding Widgets to Hurree, our system requests your tool to pull the information you've selected. When a request is sent to a server or API, it typically includes parameters to specify the details of the request. These parameters include query strings, headers, or the contents of the request body. The error message suggests that one or more of these parameters have been provided with an invalid or incorrect value.

How to solve: If you receive this error message, please get in touch with Hurree Support. We will investigate the issue as soon as possible and find a solution.

The authentication token provided is either invalid or has expired.

Explanation: Authentication tokens verify a user's or system's identity. When you connect a tool (such as Facebook or Google Analytics) to Hurree, you are issued a token that serves as proof of your identity every time you add a Datapoint from that tool. The token you used to connect Hurree to Google Analytics is either invalid or expired, meaning it is either incorrect or has exceeded its validity period.

How to solve: To solve this issue, you will need to reauthenticate your connection to your tool. Depending on whether the token is invalid or expired, this may involve simply disconnecting and reconnecting your connector. If the token is invalid, you will need to verify your credentials in the tool itself, i.e., update your password.

You do not have access or permission to access the specified entity.

Explanation: This error indicates that you do not have the necessary permissions to access the information you asked for.

How to solve: To resolve this issue, contact the administrator of the Connector account and ask them to update your permissions.

Google Analytics Server Failure

Explanation: In some instances, the Google Analytics internal server will experience an error, which means that Hurree can't fetch the data you requested at that specific time.

How to solve: These kinds of errors are not uncommon, and unfortunately, they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you still encounter the same error after the next sync period, please contact Hurree support.

⚠️ Note: This article is intended only for Hurree users troubleshooting Google Analytics Widgets errors within the Hurree platform. If you're seeing Google Analytics errors outside of Hurree, please visit Google Analytics' Help Center.
