The Elevated Pad automation tool in Tobe Builder is a helpful tool for creating a flat working area on sloping or steep sites. The Elevated Pad tool allows the user to define the depth, height, and batter angle of the section of fill – a great way to visualize the size of stockpiles of a given volume.

The Elevated Pad tool works by allowing the user to define the depth, height, and batter angle of the section of fill. This is done by first selecting the Elevated Pad tool from the Toolbar. The user is then able to select any of the sections on the plan and set the depth, height, and batter angle. When this is done, the section of fill will be displayed on the screen with the corresponding values.
