Why am I seeing this error?
This error "This app has no valid Integrity Advocate licenses. Please contact your activity provider." appears when there are no valid Integrity Advocate licenses available for your activity. Licenses are required for Integrity Advocate to run and monitor your session.
What should I do?
Please contact your activity provider directly. They are responsible for managing licenses and, if needed, will reach out to Integrity Advocate to request additional licenses. Once your provider completes this process, you’ll be able to move forward with your activity/exam.
