If you see the message below, it means the system has detected possible restrictions on your device and/or browser, such as VPNs or blockers. This blocking panel prevents you from accessing your activity until the issue is resolved.

How to resolve

We recommend the following steps:

  • Disconnect from VPN

  • Disable your browser’s ad blocker extension

  • Use a different browser

  • Connect to a different internet connection

  • Check if you are using a work computer

    • First, complete the full browser troubleshooting steps (allow permissions, check extensions, try another compatible browser).

    • If troubleshooting on a work device does not resolve the issue:

      • Ask your IT/Admin to check device settings

      • Or, use your personal device instead

How to Check for Extensions That Could Block Browser Permissions

To ensure your browser permissions are not being blocked, follow these steps:

  1. Access Browser Settings:

    • Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser and select Settings.

    • In the Settings page, click on Extensions in the left pane.

  2. Manage Extensions or Extensions:

    • The Extensions page will open. Disable any extensions that may block browser permissions, such as:

      • Avast

      • McAfee

      • Cisco

      • Any other antivirus or ad blocker.

  3. Refresh the Page:

    • Return to the exam/course page and click Refresh.

  4. Relaunch the Assessment/Exam.

Alternative Method for Chrome users only: Type chrome://extensions in the address bar and press Enter to go directly to the Extensions page.

Alternative Method for Edge users only: Type edge://extensions/ in the address bar and press Enter to go directly to the Extensions page.

For other browsers: go to your browser settings and look for the "Extensions" section.
