Content reporting

Our new content reporting feature has been well received by learners, with over 2,000 reports submitted!

Facilitators confirm or dismiss learner reports in their Class console and authors action confirmed reports in their new Course hub.

Actioning reports can be a great way to enhance the quality of your courses by identifying and fixing content issues that are impacting your learners.

Watch our short video to see an overview of the process and how you can respond to learner feedback.

If you find a course is getting quite a few reports, it might be a good time to try this simple exercise to analyse the course design with your team.

Add randomisation to your quizzes

Enhance learner experience, engagement, and assessment rigour by introducing randomisation into your quizzes with task groups!

When creating your quiz, you can assign tasks to different themes and specify how many tasks from each theme a learner will receive.

This means that learners can be assigned different tasks for each quiz question and for each quiz attempt.

Set quiz pass percentages

Learners, facilitators and coaches can then easily determine if the threshold was met with a visual tick or cross in the new Passed column.

Self-signup enhancements

We've streamlined the enrolment and login process for self-signup courses, improving the experience for your learners.

Use self-signup to make your courses publicly available with a signup page you can use in your promotional materials.

If your course has fees, collect payments effortlessly via our Stripe integration.

Additionally, you can now set these courses up with relative dates β€” a feature many of you have been requesting!

We hope to see you using these features in iQualify soon! Check out some more recent releases on our Update log!
