iQualify is a powerful tool! We've built it to enable almost any learning scenario imaginable, and that means that there are lots of terms, systems, and product areas that you might come across over time. We've created this overview to illustrate how the different parts of iQualify hang together, and why it's so powerful and flexible.ย

AUTHORS create courses in CREATE

  • REVIEWERS can review courses and propose changes

  • AUTHORS can PUBLISH courses

MANAGERS activate courses in CREATE

  • PUBLISHED courses are available CREATE

  • Users, dates, and payments (if any) are configured for each ACTIVATION

  • A single course can be ACTIVATED several times with different configurations

LEARNERS consume courses in LEARN

  • LEARNERS submit ACTIVITIES and ASSESSMENTS

  • FACILITATORS provide feedback, marking, and encouragement

  • COACHES can provide additional marking, support and feedback

ACCOUNT OWNERS set course defaults in IQUALIFY SETTINGS

  • ACCOUNT OWNERS set defaults for new courses and activations, and set user permissions

  • ACCOUNT OWNERS configure integrations used by courses and their iQualify account as a whole
