How to update learner details within a class activation

Manage users can update the names and email addresses of learners, facilitators, and coaches from within a class activation.

Manage users can update the name, email address and ID of learners from the Access tab of a class activation. They can also update the name and email address of any facilitators or coaches if needed.

Note: ​All user details can be managed with the User Management area of iQualify Settings by user administrators or account owners.

How to find the class activation

  1. On the Create dashboard head to All activations.

  2. Find the class activation the person is in.

  3. Select the pencil icon to manage the activation.

How to find the person and edit

  1. Head to the Access tab within the class activation.

  2. Find the learner in the list and select their name.

    If you are updating a facilitator or coach's details, select the relevant tab to find them.

  3. Update the person's email, name or ID as needed.

  4. Select Update to save changes.
