As a manager you can update the name, email address and ID of your learners from the access tab of an activation.
Navigate to the activations tab in Create and find the course activation your learner is in.
Click on the Manage button
Navigate to the Access tab.
Click on the name of the learner you need to update details for.
Click update to save the changes.
You can also update the name and email address of any facilitators or coaches if needed.
All users details can be managed from the User Management area of Account Settings. Account owner permissions are needed to access this area. If you require account owner permission please ask your account owner or 'get in touch'.
