Pack and ship your order

What you'll learn

The full path of an order after the sale: generating the label, packing, dropping off with Correios and following the delivery until the order is completed.

Before you start

You need:

  • A confirmed sale. For live sales, tap Confirmar Vendas (Confirm sales) on the live dashboard after the live ends. Loja sales need to be confirmed by you one by one

  • Your shipping settings ready. See Shipping settings

  • A regular or thermal printer

  • Packaging material that fits the item

Your shipping deadline

The deadline to ship is usually about 10 days after the sale is confirmed. In exceptional situations, such as a Correios strike, it can be extended to up to 20 days. The exact deadline always appears in the order, under Prazo de envio (Shipping deadline).

If the deadline passes, the order shows Envio atrasado (Shipping overdue). You can still ship, but do it as soon as possible: after a few days, the sale is canceled and the buyer is refunded automatically.

Step 1: Find the parcel

You see all your parcels in Envios (Shipments), in the app settings (Vender section), or in Envios in the Seller Hub. You can also open your live's dashboard.

Each parcel shows the status of what is left to do, for example Etiqueta pendente (Label required) or Pronto para enviar (Ready to ship). In the Loja, if you see Revisar vendas pendentes (Review pending sales), confirm the sale first, within the time shown in the app.

Step 2: Generate the label

  1. If the parcel shows Adicionar NF (Add invoice) or Isentar NF (Exempt invoice), complete the invoice step

  2. Tap Adicionar Etiqueta (Add label)

  3. When the label is ready, open it with Ver Etiqueta (See label)

In the Seller Hub, use Imprimir Etiqueta (Print label). The full step by step is in Generate and print shipping labels. If you see an error, see Troubleshoot label generation errors.

Step 3: Pack the item

  • Use a box or envelope of the right size, without too much empty space

  • Protect fragile items with bubble wrap or crumpled paper

  • Cards and collectibles go in a sleeve and toploader before packing

  • Close every opening with wide tape

If the buyer bought several items in the same live, they all go together in the same parcel, with one label. See Bundled shipments.

More tips in Packaging guidelines.

Step 4: Print and stick the label

Print in the format you chose in your preferences and stick the label on the largest flat side of the parcel. Do not put tape over the barcode and do not write on the label.

Step 5: Take it to Correios

Take the parcel to a Correios agency or drop-off point. To find one near you, open the parcel in Envios and look at Ponto de entrega mais próximo (Closest drop-off point), with the Ver no mapa (See on map) option. In the Seller Hub, use Encontrar um ponto de postagem (Find a drop-off point).

Keep the drop-off receipt until the order is completed.

Step 6: Follow the delivery

When Correios registers the parcel, the order moves to Enviado (Shipped) and tracking appears for you and the buyer. In Envios, the most common statuses are:

  • Pronto para enviar (Ready to ship): the label was generated and the parcel still needs to be dropped off

  • Enviado (Shipped): the parcel is on its way

  • Entregue (Delivered): the parcel reached the buyer

  • Falha na entrega (Delivery failed): Correios could not deliver. Check the tracking for the next steps

  • Devolvido (Returned): the parcel came back to you. See What to do if a shipment is returned to you

Sometimes tracking stops updating after the first scan. Open the parcel in Envios and tap Atualizar rastreio (Refresh tracking; on Android, Atualizar). If it is still stuck, contact support. See also What to do if a package is delayed.

Step 7: Order completion

After delivery, the buyer can confirm they received it. If they do not confirm, the order is completed automatically a few days after delivery. Once the order is completed, the amount moves on to your wallet. Learn more in How you get paid.

Best practices

  • Generate the label right after the sale. Do not leave it for the last day of the deadline

  • Take a photo of the closed parcel with the label visible. It helps if any question comes up later

  • Check the buyer's address on the label before sticking it

  • If you cannot ship, use Cancelar venda (Cancel sale) in the order instead of letting the deadline pass. The buyer is refunded to the same payment method. Frequent cancellations can restrict your account

Frequently asked questions

What if the real parcel is bigger or heavier than what the product says? Contact support before generating the label. See Make a shipping adjustment.

Can I use another carrier? No. All Jamble labels are Correios labels.

Can I use a label I bought myself? No. Always use the label generated by Jamble. It is what connects the tracking to the order.

I made a mistake on the label. Can I generate another one? Not in the app. Contact support before dropping it off. See Make a shipping adjustment.
