Navigate to JetEngine> Query Builder and create a new query for your posts
In General tab select your CPT and post status
in Tax query tab select you category, then term ID and id of the needed term
And in Pagination Tab select how many posts you want to see per page
If you need to display all posts - enter -1
This is how you can find term ID, just hover over your term name and you will see it in the bottom
Then select your query in listing grid
