To achieve this you need to create first listing for Custom Taxonomy
After that you need to create Terms Query
In query select your taxonomy
In Include/Exclude tab select macros “Current Terms” inside of Include field
In Advanced settings add fallback (it's for the cases, if post doesn't yet have any terms)
And apply query to your listing
