How to show posts with specific Checkbox value

To achieve this you need to create Posts Query with Query builder

First of all, make sure the option Save as Array is enabled

In General Tab select post type and post status

In Meta Query tab select macros "JetEngine metafield" and select your metafield and return field name

In value add your option (value, not label). Compare will be Like

And then select this query in Listing grid
