In short: download your donor list from Analytics with the Download button. You get a report (a CSV file) that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Option 1: one campaign's report (the quick way)
In the side menu, click Fundraising.
Find the campaign in the list and click the three dots on its row.
In the menu that opens, click Analytics.
Analytics opens with this campaign's data only.
Click Download. The file downloads when it is ready. A large report takes a few seconds.
Option 2: a report by dates and campaigns (advanced filtering)
In the side menu, click Analytics.
Click Add filter and choose Campaigns.
Type the campaign name and pick it from the list. The data updates at once.
The default is the last 7 days. To change it, click Period and pick a range: Today, Last 7 Days, Current Month, Current Year, or your own dates.
Each active filter shows on the bar with the value you picked, for example Recurring | All.
Click Download. The file holds exactly the donations you filtered.
💡 No Download button? Jgive turns on downloads for each charity. Contact support.
What is in the file?
One row per donation: the donor, campaign, amount, payment method, receipt, dedication and more.
Each donation also shows its amount in ILS, so you can add up donations in different currencies.
The file is a CSV. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
💡 Recurring donations: where do I see what is still to come?
The report shows donations already charged. To see your active recurring donations:
In the side menu, click Donations.
Open the Recurring Donations tab.
Click the arrow on a recurring donation's row. Expected amount shows what is still to be charged on it.
