Accessing Juro for the first time

How to accept an invitation to your company's Juro org and setup your personal profile.

Written by Henry Warner

Accepting your Juro invitation ✉️

Your Organization Admin can send you an invitation to join Juro, which will

will show who has made the request and the name of the Organisation they're inviting you to join.

When you click Join the organization, you'll be redirected to Juro. There, you'll be able to provide your access credentials and complete the profile setup.

Completing your profile setup 🧰

🚨 NB: Users must complete all steps in this process, as not doing so can lead to functionality issues later (e.g., not receiving notifications or not being visible in internal signatory, approver, or reminder dropdowns).

You can complete your profile setup through Google login or by using a username/password combination. We also offer SSO login on certain plans, so an Org Admin can speak with your CSM if you're interested in adding this.

Other settings 🛠

You'll now be able to continue to Juro. In your main Settings, you can add a profile picture, customise certain email notifications, change your password, and set up two-factor authentication.

💡 NOTE: It's not possible to change or update the email that was originally linked to your Juro profile.
