This tutorial is dedicated to Kizeo Forms users who wish to use Klear to manage their worksites.
Please note that it is possible to open a Kizeo Forms form from the Klear application so that your PDF is automatically integrated into your documents.

Token
Step 1: Generate a token in Kizeo Forms
A token is a key that allows the two applications to communicate with each other.
To retrieve this identifier, go to the Kizeo Forms interface.
Then, go to the "My account settings" menu, and click on the "API Token" tab.
Select the user for whom you want to generate the token (this must be an account administrator).
Click on "Create a token".
A window opens and asks you to name your token.
Then, confirm by clicking the "Create" button.
Your token is displayed. You must copy it by clicking on the identifier or on the "Copy" button.
⚠️ Warning
It is essential to save your token elsewhere, as it will no longer be visible in Kizeo Forms if you wish to reuse it.
The lifespan of a token is 2 years.
Step 2: Paste your token into the Klear interface
Once your token is copied, go to the Klear interface in the "Administration" menu, then the Kizeo Forms tab.
Paste it into the dedicated field and click the "Save token" button.
Step 3: Define the forms you will use in Klear
Go to the "Kizeo Forms" tab, then at the bottom of the page, select the forms you wish to use in Klear.
At the end of the row, you will see a button
that will allow you to determine which document (standard PDF or custom PDF) will be retrieved and placed in the worksite document library.
Step 4: Insert a Klear_id field in the forms
For the integration to work perfectly, you need to go to the Kizeo Forms interface.
Click on "Forms" then "My forms".
Choose one of the forms to connect to Klear, then click "Edit".
Add a text input field or a text area to your form and name it klear_id.
This field does not need to be filled in.
ℹ️ Information
This field can be hidden. Go to the visibility conditions and select "Field always hidden".
Step 5: Test on the application
On the home page, click on the worksite scheduled for the day or on one of your worksites (by scrolling down in the application).
Click on the "Document" tab.
Select the + at the bottom right of the screen.
Choose "Kizeo Forms Form" then click on the one of your choice.
The Kizeo Forms application will then open in data entry mode on the selected form.
Once the data entry is complete, you will be redirected to Klear.
You will notice that the PDF document (standard or custom depending on the settings configured) generated from your entry is now available in your worksite documents.
