Absence reasons

The configuration of absence reasons. By default, when the account is created, absence reasons are suggested. You can modify them, delete them, or create new ones using the "+" button.

When you create an absence reason, you must fill in the following information:

Planning reminder

You can trigger a planning reminder for all users at a defined time. This will send a push notification on the application to remind them of the tasks to be done for the next day.

User permissions

The "User permissions" section allows you to grant users access to absence requests and timesheets.

If the boxes are unchecked, the menu will not be accessible to users.

Timesheets

Finally, in the "Timesheets" section, you can deploy a number of metrics, namely:

  • Night hours: You define a time range and when entering hours, if the technician reports hours within this range, they will be counted as night hours.

  • Overtime: You define a number of weekly hours. If the user exceeds the threshold, the surplus is counted as overtime.

  • Meal allowances: Here, you define the default amount that will be displayed when entering hours.

  • Long-distance travel allowances: allows the user to enter the amount of allowances in the application in the event of long-distance travel.

  • Break details

If the box is checked, this allows the user to enter a start time and an end time for their breaks (the calculation is done automatically).

⚠️ Warning

For configuration changes, it is essential to click the "Save" button at the top right of the window.
