Klipboard mobile apps are available for both iOS and Android, downloadable from their respective app stores. To ensure the best experience, Klipboard has updated its mobile platform requirements and outlined the devices used for performance testing, helping us continually improve reliability and overall user experience.

MOBILE OPERATING SYSTEM PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS

You can use the Klipboard mobile app on both iOS and Android devices. To get the best experience, your device will need to meet the following requirements:

Operating System & Version Requirements

  • iPhone: iOS 13.0 or later

  • iPad: iOS 13.0 or later

  • Android: Version 12 or later

  • Memory: At least 4GB RAM

Klipboard is always improving, so from time to time, the minimum requirements may change to keep things running smoothly. We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest software version to make sure the app performs at its best.

If your device meets the requirements above, you’ll always be able to enjoy the latest Klipboard features, improvements, and fixes. 🎉

We aim to release new functionality with each major Klipboard update. While we plan our releases carefully, sometimes schedules may shift so that we can give you the best possible experience.



DOWNLOADABLE APPS

Enhanced features and functionality are provided in major version updates.


We aim to release major versions of the Klipboard mobile apps following each major Klipboard release. These updates may include enhanced functionality and new features. The release timeframe can vary and may be impacted by factors outside of Klipboard’s control, such as new requirements from Apple or Google or changes to iOS or Android.

Customers can install both major and bug-fix updates from the App Store and Google Play, provided their device meets the current mobile operating system requirements. Devices running older operating systems may not see updated versions in the app stores.


CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES FOR KLIPBOARD

Our Customer Support team uses commercially reasonable efforts to help troubleshoot issues, provided:

  • Your device meets the minimum platform requirements

  • You have the latest version of Klipboard installed

For customers using untested devices, even those meeting minimum requirements,

Some issues may be difficult to replicate due to device-specific customizations.
