Instagram Business account users can auto-publish their content via Kontentino. 💪
What does it mean?
You can schedule and directly publish single and multi-image posts and videos and — since recently — also Reels and Stories.
Auto-scheduling is available only to Business profiles, but you can change your personal profile to business in no time. You can check out how here.
How to auto-publish posts directly in Kontentino?
1. Connect your Instagram profile to Kontentino
Go to the profile selector and click on "Add new." Choose Instagram and select profiles you would like to connect. Ensure the profile's account type is Business – not Personal or Creator. If you can't see your Instagram page in the selection, follow this tutorial or contact our Customer Support.
2. Create your post and hit the Schedule button
As already mentioned, you can auto-publish single images, carousels, videos, Reels and Stories.
Upload your media, add text, and set the scheduling time. Hit the Schedule button and relax. Kontentino will take care of the rest!
FAQ: Can I auto-publish Stories?
Yes, you can. There are two methods to schedule and publish your Instagram Stories. The first one is the Direct Publishing method, where you simply upload the Story you want to schedule and Kontentino will publish it for you. However, this method doesn't support features such as adding text, stickers, music, location, and other. If you wish to use these features in your Stories, you can choose the Manual Publishing method.

FAQ: Can I tag a product or add a location in Kontentino?
Recently, Instagram changed its API limitations and since then, you can add a location in Kontentino.
However, tagging a product is still not possible due to the API.
If you need to tag a product, you can do so directly in Instagram after the post has been published.

FAQ: My post encountered an error, what happened, and what should I do?
Instagram's API occasionally encounters errors and is unable to publish a post. If this happens, Kontentino will immediately notify you via email.
In case Instagram is unable to publish a post, please check that everything is connected properly and try to schedule the post again. If you need it to go live immediately, use the mobile app for scheduling. And of course, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support at any point.
