What is the difference between a guaranteed session and a non-guaranteed one?

During a guaranteed session, an hourly rate is applied, and the partner commits to completing all assigned tasks for the full duration of the selected session without interruption.

If the earnings from completed tasks during a guaranteed session exceed the hourly rate, the partner receives the higher amount, i.e., the payment calculated based on completed tasks.

During a non-guaranteed session, there is no obligation to stay for the entire session duration. Earnings are calculated only for completed tasks, and no hourly rate is applied. By achieving certain performance results, an increased “Premium” pricing may be applied.
