During the guaranteed session, you receive an hourly rate, and you also commit to cooperating the guarantee session time taken without interrupting it. If your task earnings exceed the hourly earnings of the guaranteed session, you receive a higher amount, i. e. for the tasks done.

A non-guaranteed session does not oblige you to cooperate the set time of the session, and during it you receive earnings for the task done. The hourly earnings will not be calculated. During a non-guaranteed session, you will be applied Premium pricing.
