What does a casual day of a ,,LastMile'' partner look like?

„LastMile“ partner’s work depends on the selected position: picker, courier, or courier–picker. There are also two types of work shifts: guaranteed and non-guaranteed sessions.

During a guaranteed session, all assigned tasks must be completed within the reserved working time. During a non-guaranteed session, you can log in at any time and select tasks according to your availability.

Work is started in the application by pressing “Start session”. In a non-guaranteed session, you are additionally required to indicate your planned end time, after which the system begins assigning tasks. Once a task is received, it is accepted in the “Tasks” section.

A picker collects, pays for, and packs products in the store. A courier picks up a pre-prepared order and delivers it to the customer. A courier–picker can both collect and deliver orders depending on the assigned task.
