It's time again for a new release of the Learned platform. And not just one. In this release, we have updated several aspects of the platform. Want to know what exactly has changed? Then read on quickly!


Learned's new menu structure

With this update in the platform, we are introducing a new menu structure. To navigate in the platform, we have a menu bar on the left with Career, Development and Surveys (if you added this product to your package). Then, each product has a submenu where you can find different modules. This way, you can navigate more easily through the platform and find what you are looking for.

  • Navigate through the platform with ease.

  • Find everything related to your development under Development in the menu.

❗️Note: For Admins, the Organisation environment disappears at the bottom left.

Your new homepage in Learned

Along with the new menu structure, we have also developed a new homepage. On this homepage, you can see at a glance your tasks that you can get to work on.

  • Get started easily with your open tasks.

  • Quickly navigate to your upcoming development interview or open next steps.

  • View your role description.

Learned's new product structure

With Learned 3.0, Learned introduces a new product structure. You can find the Learned products, as an Admin, in the platform on the Plan page.

  • Career: With Learned’s AI, you easily generate a modern job board based on market data. This makes evaluations objective and career opportunities transparent.

  • Performance: Conduct objective evaluations, make sure everyone knows how to develop during the year, feel valued and identify your high performers.

  • Engagement: Uncover blindspots to increase employee engagement with science-based surveys.

💡 Upgrading your package or requesting a trial for a product you are not yet working with? You can also do this as Admin from the Plan page.

Template for a standard onboarding path

Besides offering templates for development interviews and employee satisfaction surveys, we now also have a template for a standard onboarding path. Perfect to use for all your new colleagues.

  • Take your new colleagues by the hand in the first month.

  • Schedule an end of probation meeting via Performance.

  • Invite your new colleagues to an Evaluation onboarding survey.

What else is included in this release?

  • From now on, you have the option to activate the 'Schedule the conversation' task. You do this when creating the call round in Step 3: Set a schedule. Please note: This task is deactivated by default.

  • Furthermore, on the Conversation Cycle page, you can now filter by Conversations created by Admin, Coach or Employee. This allows you, as Admin, to see all development conversations that are being held.

  • Decide what you want to receive an e-mail or system notification about in your personal settings. To do so, click on your profile picture at the bottom left.
