Can I make changes to my booking?

We know that plans can change. That’s why Sherpr offer Flexi Cover — giving you the freedom and reassurance to adjust your booking if you need to. Choose the level of cover that works best for you:

Standard Cover

• No changes once payment is made.

• If cancelled, only credit will be issued.

Flexi Cover

• Make changes to your address details or collection date until 12pm the day before collection

• If cancelled, only credit will be issued.

Super Flexi Cover

• Make changes to your address details or collection date until 12pm the day before collection.

• Cancel your booking for a full refund until 12pm the day before collection.

Collections are between 9am-6pm. We do not collect or deliver on bank holidays or weekends.
