Introduction

In this article, we will introduce the actions available in automations and explain their purpose.
Among the possible actions are:

  • Add points

  • Add to a list

  • Create and assign a reward

  • Multiply points.


Add points

When you add the "Add points" action, the automation allows you to grant additional points to your customers.

Action Setup

After selecting this module, you will be able to:

  • Adjust the number of points in the right-hand column

  • Delete the Action


Add a Customer to a List

When you use the "Add a customer to a list" action, the automation will automatically add the selected customer to the chosen list.

Grant a reward

When you add the "Grant a reward" action, the automation allows you to create a new reward and directly assign it to the selected customers.
