You set a forwarding address from your dashboard: on the Email accounts page, select the mailboxes (use the checkbox on the left, or the header checkbox to select all), click Bulk actions, then choose Change forwarding for Maildoso (SMTP mailboxes) or Change forwarding for Google (Google Workspace mailboxes).
The Forwarding Address column on the Email accounts page shows each mailbox's current forwarding address (you can also filter by it). Not set means none has been saved yet. A forwarding address is optional — the mailbox sends, receives and warms up normally without one — so this is a reminder, not an error.
SMTP mailboxes
SMTP mailboxes forward to your Maildoso Master Inbox (your @maildoso.email address). You create Master Inboxes on the Master Inbox page with Create Master Inbox — the address must be on the maildoso.email domain, and its password is generated automatically. The Master Inbox supports SMTP mailboxes only, and SMTP mailboxes can't forward to an external (non-Maildoso) address.
To read what lands there, connect the Master Inbox to a supported email app — BlueMail or Outlook (Gmail can't be used). Setup, connection details and which address your replies go out from: Master Inbox: setting it up and reading replies in an email app.
Google Workspace mailboxes
Google Workspace mailboxes do not use the Maildoso Master Inbox. Instead, set an external forwarding address — a non-Maildoso, non-Google mailbox — with Bulk actions → Change forwarding for Google, or simply read Google Workspace replies in your sequencer's unified inbox.
To stop forwarding on a Google Workspace mailbox, select it, open Bulk actions → Change forwarding for Google, remove the forwarding address and save. The column then shows Not set. If the change doesn't take effect, contact us with the mailbox address and we'll apply it from our side.
A reply didn't reach the Master Inbox
Most cases are expected behaviour rather than a problem:
Automated / bot replies such as out-of-office messages aren't forwarded to the Master Inbox. They aren't filtered out of the mailbox itself, though — OOO replies still arrive in the individual mailbox, so open it in your email app or over IMAP to see them (more in I'm not receiving emails that people send to my Maildoso mailbox).
Verification codes and OTPs aren't forwarded either, for security reasons — open the individual mailbox in your email app to see them.
Warmup emails are meant to be hidden by a warmup filter; if they're showing, or real mail seems buried among them, see Warmup Filters.
Google Workspace mailboxes never route to the Master Inbox (see above).
The mailbox isn't attached — check that its Forwarding Address column shows your Master Inbox address.
If a genuine, manual reply from a real person still didn't arrive, contact us with the sending mailbox and the approximate time it was sent. See also I'm not receiving emails that people send to my Maildoso mailbox.
Using your sequencer's unibox at the same time
Using another tool's inbox alongside Maildoso won't cause any conflict. Your sequencer's unified inbox (Instantly, Smartlead or any other) and the Maildoso Master Inbox read the same mailboxes and don't interfere with each other. Many customers run campaigns from their sequencer and keep the Master Inbox as a reliable backup — handy if you switch tools later or can't find a message inside your sending platform. If warmup emails appear in your Master Inbox, that's not a conflict between tools — set a warmup filter.
Getting replies into your personal Gmail / Outlook
The Master Inbox can't forward directly to a personal inbox as a built-in feature, and it can't be added to Gmail (Gmail's "Check mail from other accounts" doesn't work with Maildoso SMTP mailboxes or the Master Inbox). The reliable workaround is to connect the Master Inbox in Outlook and create an Outlook rule that forwards incoming mail to your personal address. If forwarded mail lands in spam in Gmail (Gmail treats this as B2C), add the Master Inbox address to your Gmail allow-list and mark the messages as "Not spam" — placement corrects quickly after that.
