Parts Table
In the Parts tab, you'll see a table listing all parts added to your account. Each row includes the following standard attributes:
Article Number – A unique identifier for the part.
Name – The part’s name.
Description – A short description of the part.
If your organisation has added custom fields from Settings, those will also appear as additional columns in the table.

Viewing Part Details
Clicking on a part will open a side drawer on the right, showing detailed information organised across multiple tabs:
1. Part Details Tab
Name – The part's name.
Article Number – The unique ID for the part.
Description – A user-editable description, also visible to your clients when the part is assigned to their asset.
Image – Visual reference for the part.
Internal / Custom Fields – Displays all additional fields added via settings.
2. Activity Log Tab
This tab provides a full audit trail of activity related to the selected part:
Actions – Additions, edits, and updates.
Performed By – The user who made the change.
Timestamps – Date and time of each action.
Before and After – Visibility into what changed.
3. Documentation Tab
Split into two sections:
External Documents – Visible to clients when the part is shared with them.
Internal Documents – Only visible to your internal team for reference or troubleshooting.
