Steps

Step 1: Navigate to the Cases Page

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the "Cases" page.

Step 2: Locate the Case

1. Browse through the list of cases to find the one you want to close.

Step 3: Access the "Closed Case" Button

1. On the side panel of the case details, locate the "Closed Case" button.

Step 4: Provide a Reason for Closing the Case

1. Click on the "Closed Case" button.

2. A dropdown will appear, prompting you to provide a reason for closing the case.

- Note: It's important to specify why the case was closed to track the effectiveness of MedcoVet and for learning purposes.

Step 5: Add Notes

1. You will see an option to add notes about the case.

2. Fill in any relevant notes that could be useful for future reference.

Step 6: Decide on Device Return

1. You will be prompted with a question: "Do you want to return the device back to MedcoVet or do you want to give the device back to the clinic?"

2. Make your selection based on your preference or clinic policies.

1. Fill out the required information for the device return.

Step 8: Generate Return Label

1. Once all the information is filled out, the system will automatically generate a return label for the pet parent.

2. You don't have to do anything further; the return label will be sent to the pet parent automatically.
