For mapped stops, Moovs determines the trip time zone from the stop address and the trip date. The Operator portal keeps the scheduled time as the local time for that trip location.
Google Calendar is different: it can display an event in the time zone configured on the viewer's calendar or device.
Identify where the time is wrong
Compare the same trip confirmation number in:
The reservation in the Operator portal
The Dispatch page
The confirmation email
The Driver app or driver notification
Google Calendar, if enabled
Write down the expected date and time and the date and time shown in each place. This helps determine whether the source trip is incorrect or only one display is affected.
Check the trip in Moovs
Open the reservation and select the affected trip.
Confirm the pickup address is the correct, complete mapped location.
Confirm the pickup date and time.
If the trip crosses time zones, confirm the drop-off address and time as well.
Save any corrections.
The Dispatch page shows a time-zone abbreviation beside scheduled times. If the abbreviation does not match the pickup location, do not change a correct trip time to compensate.
If a confirmation email is wrong
The scheduled date and time in the email should match the trip in Moovs. Correct the trip first, then send a new confirmation email.
If only Google Calendar is wrong
Check the recipient's primary Google Calendar time zone and the device's automatic date, time, and time-zone settings. A viewer in another region may see the same event converted into their own time zone.

Select the ? in the Operator portal and start a chat with the Support team if:
The Operator portal shows the wrong time zone even though the mapped address, date, and time are correct.
The Operator portal is correct but an email, notification, or the Driver app shows a different time.
The problem returns after the trip was corrected and saved.
Include the trip confirmation number, the expected time, the time shown, where it appears, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and screenshots when available.
