Your streak is a simple but powerful way to celebrate consistency. Whether you're logging strength workouts, runs, LISS, or any kind of movement in the app, the goal is to log at least one workout per week to keep your streak alive.
🗓 When does a streak week start and end?
Each streak week runs from Sunday at 12:00 AM EST to Saturday at 11:59 PM EST.
If you log any workout during that window, your streak continues. Miss a week, and your streak resets.

Any standalone workout logged in the app
As long as the workout is logged in the app within the current streak week, it counts.
👀 Where can I see my current streak?
You can view your streak in two places:
Home screen – See your current streak front and center. Tap on your streak in the top right to see more data.
Monthly calendar – Track what days you’ve logged workouts and get a visual view of your consistency and your streak. Here you can see your best streak, current streak, and total workouts logged.
⚡ How do I know if my streak is active?
Check your home screen or monthly calendar to see if you’ve logged something for the current week. If your streak is neon, it’s active! If it’s greyed out, it’s not yet active for that week — but there’s still time to log something before the week ends on Saturday night (EST)!
🤳 Can I share my streak on social media?
Yes! There are two ways to share your streak on social or with a friend:
After you log a workout that activates your streak for the week, you’ll see a pop-up confirmation. From there, you can instantly share your streak to your favorite social platform or send it to a friend.
You can also share your streak anytime from your monthly calendar. Tap into the calendar view, select the share icon, and post your progress—or send it directly to a friend for some extra accountability.
❌ What happens if I miss a week?
If no workouts are logged during a streak week, your streak will break and reset to zero. But if you did workout and just forgot to log it, you may still be able to save it! More on that next...
🔙 Can I make up a missed week or backdate a workout?
Yes. If you forget to log but did workout, you can backdate a workout to that past week and it will still count toward your streak — as long as the backdated entry falls within the original streak week (Sunday–Saturday EST).
⏸️ Can I pause my streak?
Life happens — we get it.
At this time, streaks can’t be paused (or hidden) in the app, but we’re always working on ways to make things more flexible in the future.
