We totally get it — vacation mode doesn’t always come with strong Wi-Fi or reliable service.
At this time, workouts in the Moves App can’t be downloaded for offline use. Our videos rely on a stable internet connection (similar to streaming music or social media). This helps save space on your device while delivering the best possible video quality and experience.
A simple workaround that works 💡
If you know you’ll be offline, here are a few easy ways to stay on track:
Take screenshots of your workouts ahead of time
Write them down in your Notes app (including sets, reps, and weights)
Use this as a chance to track your weights or progress manually
Then, when you’re back with internet, you can log everything in the app.
How to manually log a workout
Once you're back online:
Open the workout you want to log (from your Home Screen or Monthly Calendar)
Log the workout as completed, using the data you tracked (weights, sets, reps, etc.)
Tap Complete Workout
After it’s been logged:
Open the workout you already logged (either from the Home Screen or your Monthly Calendar page)
Tap the three dots (… ) in the top corner
Tap the pencil ✏️ icon to edit the workout
Update:
Date & time (for example, move it back to when you actually completed it)
Duration (adjust total workout time as needed)
