We get it—life doesn’t always line up perfectly with your workout calendar. Maybe you’d rather have your rest day fall on Sunday instead of Wednesday, or you want to shuffle things around to better match your routine. Good news: you can!
The way to do this is by ending your current program and restarting it with your updated schedule. Don’t worry—this won’t erase your hard work. All of your past exercise data stays saved, and you don’t have to start back at Week 1. You’ll be able to pick up right where you left off.
Here’s how to reschedule:
End your current program
Open your active program in the app.
Tap the menu and choose End.
Restart the program
Head back to the program library and select the same program.
Click Start Program.
Pick your new schedule
During setup, choose the week you left off on (or the week you want to start from), then choose which days you’d like to be your workout days.
Confirm your choices, and your calendar will update automatically.
✨ Example: If your program had rest days on Wednesdays but you’d prefer Sundays, just end and restart the program with Sunday selected as your rest day. Your workouts will shift, and you’ll stay on track without losing progress.
💡 Pro tip: You can always adjust again later by repeating this process—your history and completed workouts will stay right where they are.
