How to Adjust Your Split in Move Together

We know life can get busy, and sometimes you may want to adjust your schedule while still getting the most out of your challenge. Here’s how you can work with a different split or customize your schedule during Move Together.

Customize Your Current Schedule

You can adjust your current split without ending your program:

  • This lets you create a custom schedule — whether that’s 5 days, 4 days, or even 3 days — while keeping your current program active.

  • Your calendar stays organized and clean, and you still follow the program’s priority workouts.

Switch to a Different Split

If you want to fully change to the other split:

  1. End the Move Together program you’re currently following.

  2. Start the new split program to add it to your calendar.

Don’t worry — your past workouts will stay saved in your calendar, so you won’t lose any of your progress.

Bottom line: You won’t lose progress no matter which option you choose. Pick the schedule that feels sustainable for you, and keep showing up!
