You have two options:
1. Customize your current schedule
Open your program and simply delete the workouts you don’t want to do.
This allows you to follow a 4-day schedule while keeping your current program active.
2. Fully switch to the 4-day split
End the Tighter Together program you’re currently following.
Then start following the 4-day split program to add it to your calendar.
Don’t worry—your past workouts will stay saved in your calendar, so you won’t lose any of your data

Not if you prioritize the starred workouts ⭐! These are the most important sessions for results. The program is designed to be flexible, so as long as you stay consistent, you’ll continue to make great progress!
