Before Starting the Workout
Step 1: Tap the workout you want to update.
Step 2: Tap the pencil icon on the top right to open edit mode.
Tap the three dots next to the exercise you would like to update, and then tap "Customize" to make the desired changes.
Make desired changes and tap on any measurement field to enable or disable it for this exercise.
Step 3: Tap the Save button to confirm your changes.
During The Workout
Guided View
Step 1: Tap the three dots icon and choose "Customize" from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Edit & Click on "Save"
List View
Step 1: Tap the three dots icon and choose "Customize" from the drop-down menu.
