The Moves App features a library of 8 unique programs designed to cater to different fitness goals and levels. From strength training to endurance, and from prenatal to postpartum fitness, there’s something for everyone.
In addition to the main programs, you also have access to a variety of warm-up and cool-down routines, as well as form resources to ensure you perform exercises correctly and safely.
Easily Switch Your Program
All available programs are listed in your Programs tab within the app. Each program includes a detailed description of what is included, helping you make an informed decision about which program to start next.
Whether you’re at home, in the gym, or on the go, you can easily switch between programs to fit your current needs and preferences.

How to Switch Programs
Open the Moves App and navigate to the Programs tab.
Review the detailed descriptions of each available program.
Choose the program that best fits your current fitness goals and start your new routine.
