Unlimited Access to All Programs

Moves App offers a growing library of unique programs to suit a variety of fitness goals and levels:

You also have access to warm-up and cool-down routines as well as form resources to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.

Easily Switch Your Program

  • Navigate to the Programs tab in the app.

  • Each program includes a detailed description to help you make an informed decision.

  • Choose the program that fits your current goals—whether you’re at home, in the gym, or traveling—and start your new routine.
