How to choose your workout length
Open the Moves App and head to Weekly Moves
Select your workout for the day
When prompted, choose your workout duration
Choose if you're working out at Home or the Gym (learn more here)
Start your workout
You can adjust this day by day depending on your schedule.
How to make the most of a shorter workout
When time is limited, focus on what matters most:
Prioritize your warm-up and main strength work
Reduce reps if needed
Skip or shorten later rounds
End after the primary lifts if you’re running out of time
All Moves workouts are intentionally designed so that the most important exercises come first, meaning you’ll still get an effective session — even if you don’t complete every section.
