Travel Moves is our new on-the-go workout program with bodyweight or band options -- so no matter where life takes you, you’ve got a plan. Choose from full-body or muscle-specific sessions designed for variety, efficiency, and progress anywhere.
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is around 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. They’re designed to be efficient and effective—helping you stay consistent on the go without needing a full gym or a ton of time.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to stay active while traveling or navigating a busy schedule. Whether you're on vacation, working remotely, or just short on equipment, Travel Moves make it easy to get in a solid sweat with minimal space and gear. All fitness levels welcome!
Where do I find the workouts in the app?
Starting June 30th, the workouts will appear in your Programs tab under the “Travel” Collection.
How do I decide which workout to choose if I am traveling during the middle of, or only for a partial week?
When selecting your workouts, just follow the same schedule as your usual program. For example, if you're traveling on Friday and will miss the Weekly Moves: Full Body workout, simply swap it with the Travel Moves: Full Body version instead! Or, if something else sounds more exciting, go for that! Choose what motivates you most.
Do I need equipment?
Travel Moves has two programs: Bodyweight and Bands! For the Band program, you will need a set of small rubber loop bands, fabric bands and/or long loop bands. Alternatives are always offered if equipment isn’t available. For the Bodyweight program, you won’t need any equipment!
Is this safe for pregnancy or postpartum?
Yes—with modifications! While the main workouts aren't specifically designed for pregnancy or postpartum, we include Core-Friendly alternatives throughout the program so you can quickly swap in safe, effective options as needed. Be sure to listen to your body and check in with your provider if you're unsure.

I don’t see the programs in my app—what do I do?
Try the following:
Make sure you’re on the latest version of the Moves App
Refresh your Programs tab by fully closing and reopening the app
