When you start a workout session in the Moves App, you can choose between Guided View and List View — each designed to help you move through your workout efficiently, depending on your preferences and goals.
Guided View – Step-by-Step Focus 
Guided View highlights one exercise at a time with a larger video demonstration and written cues, so you can focus fully on each movement.
Features:
Video Demo & Written Cues: A larger video shows you proper form, while cues reinforce key points.
Exercise Progression: See which exercise and round you’re currently on.
Customizable: Tap the three dots next to the exercise name to modify it or choose an alternate exercise.
Skip or Go Back: Press Skip to move to the next exercise without logging the current one. Tap the back arrow to return to the previous exercise if needed.
Great for:
Learning new exercises or refreshing your form.
Following a structured, step-by-step session.
Tracking progress and reps accurately for each individual exercise.
List View – Big Picture & Fast Logging
List View displays all exercises at once, allowing you to move quickly through your workout and log sets efficiently.
Features:
Full Workout Overview: See past, current, and upcoming exercises.
Quick Logging: Tap a single exercise to log a set or use “Complete All” to check off a full block instantly.
Customization: Tap the three dots to edit exercises or swap for alternates.
Larger Video Access: Tap the exercise thumbnail to view a larger form video and detailed exercise info.
Great for:
Experienced users who want to move quickly through their workout.
Reordering exercises based on available equipment or gym setup.
Minimizing screen taps and maximizing sweat time.
Switching Between Views
You can flip back and forth between Guided View and List View anytime.
For new exercises or when you need a refresher, use Guided View to watch the larger video.
Once you’re comfortable, switch to List View for faster logging and an overview of your session.
